Topping up your balance
Add funds to your cloudnumbering balance with a card in the portal.
Before you start
Top-up Balance is available to organisation administrators when online payments are enabled. Your organisation's billing details must be complete.
Top up by card
- Sign in to the cloudnumbering portal.
- Go to Account Settings (the gear icon) > Top-up Balance.
- Select a popular amount or enter a custom amount between £100 and £5,000.
- If Save this card for automatic top-ups is shown, select it only if you want to permit future automatic charges from this card.
- Select the button showing the amount you are adding, for example Add £500.00.
- Review the exact total, including VAT when it applies, and complete checkout.
What happens next
When payment succeeds, the confirmation page shows the amount added, new balance, and payment reference. Select Payment History to check that the payment is marked as credited.
An invoice for the payment is emailed to you automatically and is also available under Account Settings > Invoices. See Viewing payments and invoices.
Troubleshooting
Top-up Balance is not shown. Only organisation administrators can use online top-ups. If you are an administrator and the portal says Payments Disabled, contact support.
The portal asks me to update billing information. Update the required billing fields under Billing Settings, then start the top-up again.
My payment failed. Check the card details, available funds, and any approval request from the card issuer, then select Top-up Again. If it still fails, contact support with the payment reference and time of the attempt; do not send card details.
The payment succeeded but my balance did not change. Open Payment History and check Credited. If it is not credited after refreshing, contact support with the payment reference.
I need to add less than £100. The minimum card top-up is £100. The portal does not accept a smaller amount.
I need to add more than £5,000. The portal does not accept a larger card top-up. Contact sales before sending funds to request the approved high-value payment process.
