Changing marketing notification settings

Choose whether your user account receives cloudnumbering marketing emails.

Change the setting

1. Sign in to the cloudnumbering portal.
2. Go to Account Settings (the gear icon) > Notification Settings.
3. Under Notification settings, turn Marketing emails on or off.
4. Select Save.

What happens next

The preference applies to your user account and controls marketing emails only. It does not change billing recipients, security messages, or essential service communications. Low-balance alerts are a separate setting — see Setting up low-balance email alerts.

Troubleshooting

I still receive billing or security emails. This setting controls marketing emails only. Billing, account-security, and essential service messages use their own recipients and rules.

Another user still receives marketing emails. Notification settings are stored per user. That user must sign in and change their own Marketing emails setting.

The setting did not save. Refresh the page and check the toggle. If it reverted, select the setting and Save again.
