Checking rates

Download the rate cards assigned to your organisation for number, voice, and SMS pricing.

Download a rate card

1. Sign in to the cloudnumbering portal.
2. Go to Rate Sheets.
3. Find the current rate card for the service you need.
4. Open the row actions and select Download.
5. Open the downloaded file and find the destination, number type, or event you want to price.

Note: A rate card marked Live is currently assigned to your organisation. Older cards can remain visible for billing reference. Rate-card prices exclude VAT; if your organisation is VAT liable, VAT is added when you are charged.

Check a number purchase before ordering

1. Go to Buy Numbers.
2. Select the country and number type.
3. Select Continue.
4. Review the contract price and length.
5. Select Go to Checkout to see Total due now without confirming the order.

What happens next

cloudnumbering uses the applicable live rate card when it prices usage or a number purchase. Keep the downloaded file with the date it was live if you need to reconcile older charges.

Troubleshooting

I cannot find a price in the rate card. Check that you downloaded the correct Rate Type and a card marked Live. For a number purchase, use Buy Numbers to confirm the contract and total before ordering.

The checkout price differs from an older rate card. Check Live From and Live. An older card can remain available for historical reference after a newer card becomes active.

I need different commercial rates. Contact sales with the countries, number types, expected volume, and services you need. Existing rates remain in effect until a different rate card is assigned.
