Buying numbers

Buy Standard, Silver, or Gold numbers from the cloudnumbering portal and review the full cost before placing the order.

Before you start

Your balance must cover Due today. Premium purchase prices are not refundable.

Silver numbers have a one-off £250 purchase price.
Gold numbers have a one-off price from £400 to £700, shown for each number.
A premium purchase price replaces the Standard selection fee. Normal connection charges and recurring rental still apply.

Prices exclude VAT. Where applicable, VAT is charged when you add funds to your balance.

Sign in to the cloudnumbering portal.
Go to Buy Numbers.
Select the country and number type.
Choose how you want to buy:
- Select Assign for me, then enter how many Standard numbers you need.
- Select I'll pick my own, then browse or search and select up to 100 Standard, Silver, or Gold numbers.
Select Review order.
Review the numbers, one-off charges, rental, Due today, and Balance after order.
Select Pay from Balance and place order.

Note: Your order completes in full or not at all. Selected numbers are not reserved and are checked again at purchase.

Your new numbers appear on the confirmation screen and in Number Inventory. You can also find the order under Account Settings > Orders.

I cannot see I'll pick my own.

Number selection is not available to every organisation. Contact support to ask whether it is available for your account.

No matching numbers are available.

Remove the digit search, choose All, or try another country or number type. Availability changes as numbers are bought or added.

No contract is available.

My balance is too low.

Add enough funds to cover Due today, then review the order again. See Topping up your balance.

The order failed.

Follow the message shown in the portal. If the outcome is unclear, check Account Settings > Orders before trying again.
