Card Top-Ups

The system allows for top-ups to be performed using a credit/debit card through our Portal to make for easier management of your balance. For those still wanting to do bank transfers please contact sales@cloudnumbering,com to arrange an invoice.

Top-Up Balance Option

To access the top-up balance option first select the settings cog in the upper right of the Portal. 

The navigate to Top-up Balance under the Organisation Management options. 

From here select an amount to top-up. 

Select an appropriate currency and continue to fill in the card payment details to complete the transaction. 

After completing the top-up a confirmation window will appear with a reference for the payment. 

Payment History

Under the same settings menu the Payment History can be accessed. 

Here you will see s list of all payments made through the Top-Up facility with their unique references.
