Endpoints require configuring to enable routing of calls and SMS to your purchased number.
To configure an endpoint browse to the Endpoints option.
In the upper right select the Actions dropdown to Create Endpoint.
A pop up for configuring an endpoint will appear. This should be filled with details of your endpoint and the format with which you would like the number part of the headers to be delivered.
In this below example we are creating an endpoint for a Testing Endpoint for Voice calls and the destination to which those calls will be sent is sip:%raw@10.10.10.10:5060. Please note that the IP will require to be a public IP address. 10.10.10.10 is used here as an example.
The endpoint will appear in the list and can be selected to ensure the configuration is as expected.
This endpoint can now be assigned to a number in your Number Inventory.
The Voice Endpoint in the numbers configuration can now be set to the newly created Testing Endpoint.
Inbound voice calls that you receive to your Cloudnumbering number will now be sent to this endpoint.
