Integrating with Existing Services
Our system will allow for you to integrate into existing applications, whether this is a CRM, an existing PBX or other applications that you have. This will need to be done through development of your own applications.
We at cloudnumbering provide wholesale services ensuring delivery of voice and SMS via SIP and HTTPs respectively. We expose all facilities required to integrate services through our API and provide a range of code snippets and examples to give you ideas about how to integrate your services with ours.
We do not supply any integration services or applications ourselves but can advise you as best we can on how to use our services to best fit with what you are trying to achieve. Contact our support desk with any details for what you are trying to do and we will do our best to provide assistance to get you going.
Voice Calls
Our voice calls are delivered through trunks without the use of registration, we rely on whitelisting to authenticate calls through our system. Most switches and PBX allow for the configuration of non registering trunks for integrating to our SIP servers.
If you are attempting to create an application for deployment to Android and Apple for use by end users you may require to investigate using WebRTC (or a similar alternative) for delivering calls from a traditional switch to an application.
SMS
You will require to develop your own applications to act as middleware between the cloudnumbering API and any applications that you are developing for end users.
