Balance Top Ups

The balance can be topped up in multiple ways providing you flexibility in how you manage your account.

Card Top Ups

Top ups can be done through the Portal using the Top Up facility under the settings. This facility will allow for card details to be input and charged. 

 

Larger Balance Top Ups

If you require a larger top up than what the Portal interface will allow for then you can request an invoice from our sales team and we will issue an invoice with our bank details allowing for a bank transfer. 

Invoicing

When doing top ups through the Portal invoices will be recorded within the Portal and can be downloaded. When requesting a bank transfer we will issue an invoice to you.
