Porting Numbers
We support the porting in and out of numbers from the cloudnumbering service. Currently this can be done through our support desk by making a request for a PAC/STAC code with the appropriate information.
Porting In
When requesting porting in we require a request including the port in number, a donor number, and a PAC/STAC code.
Numbers ported in will have the current rates applied to the number that are active on the account. This will include term length and line rental.
Porting Out
When requesting porting out we require to know which number you wish to port out and whether you require a PAC/STAC code.
National/International Number Porting
Currently we only support porting of UK numbers, we plan in future to open up other regions when possible.
