Action Required: Number Renewal(s) Failed
If you receive this email from cloudnumbering is means that the system has failed to charge your account for a number renewal, or multiple number renewals, and you will be required to top up your balance. This will happen when the monthly charge for the numbers cannot be deducted from the account balance because it is too low.
Our system will attempt to charge your account daily until the balance can be charged and brought up to date.
How do I see what is overdue?
You can see what is overdue by logging into the Portal and using the Overdue filter on the Number Inventory. This will filter the view to only show numbers that are overdue.
