Creating a cloudnumbering account

Create your login, verify your email address, and complete your business profile.

Before you start

You need access to your email inbox and your organisation's address, contact, and business information.

Create your login

1. Open cloudnumbering sign-up.
2. Complete the sign-up form and choose a password.
   • Use 8 to 60 characters, including an uppercase letter, a number, and a special character.
3. Accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, then complete the security check.
4. Select Create Account.
5. Open the verification email and select its activation link.
6. Select Continue to Sign In and sign in.

Complete your business profile

1. Accept the cloudnumbering Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
2. Select Add Business Info.
3. Complete the business profile and notification steps.
4. Add default voice or SMS endpoints under Setup your Endpoints, or select Skip.
5. Review the summary.
6. Select Finish.

What happens next

The portal opens after you finish the business profile. You can create endpoints later from Endpoints.

Troubleshooting

I did not receive the verification email

Check your spam or junk folder. Then select Need to resend your verification email? on the sign-up page and follow the resend steps.

I cannot select Create Account
