Sign Up
After clicking on the sign up link through our website you will be presented with the following screen to configure the first users information. Upon completing this sign up form you will be redirected to a business sign up form which will allow for inputting your organisation and billing details.
Email Verification
Once the initial user is created an email will be sent to the email address used to verify the email address. Once the email is verified continue to sign in with the credentials to setup your account.
Setting Up Your Account
On the first sign in you will be asked to setup your business information.
Business Address
Fill in each form with information for your organisation. This will include organisation name and address.
About You
Confirm your details including a contact telephone number.
About your Business
Provide as much detail as possible in the product description section. A detailed use case will help us better serve your needs as you gain access to the service.
Notification Settings
Set up your preferred settings for receiving notifications.
Setup Your Endpoints
You can configure voice and SMS endpoints at this point if you already know and have your endpoint configuration to hand.
Account Verification Complete
Check the summary details and complete the setup by clicking Finish.
